Starting June 1st, 2018, Lush Nail Bar no longer accepts or honors gift cards issued 2 years ago from this date. We apologize for the inconvenience. To understand why, allow us to explain this difficult situation.
Since last September, Lush came under a new management group. When you bought the old gift cards years ago, your dollars went to the old ownership. We were neither aware of the sale or received any of the proceeds. But we did set up a fund to absorb these costs; and sadly, that fund ran out last March.
We realize this has been a frustration for many of our clients, especially Lalie Gibson, who got her $50 card in 2015. It was an excruciating experience listening to her story. After a few more clients came forward with similar concerns, we knew we had to post this.
Once again, we regret putting anyone through this. We ask for your understanding.
